The Cyberplex Africa Internet based Money Transfer System (MTS) solution allows users (individuals) with an Internet Access to transfer funds to nominated recipients either directly into recipient bank accounts, or allow for physical collection or delivery of hard cash. The MTS provided by Cyberplex Africa takes an existing group of products and bundles them into a single service aiming to offer consumers various products at low cost and superior service by employing Internet technology to ensure quick and efficient money transfer.

The MTS provides a secure, flexible and efficient Internet based solution to allow users/customers residing in international locations to submit funds to recipients based in other countries. Although the system at its core relies on Internet technology, provision is made for customers who may not have Internet access and as a result two solutions are offered : Direct Transfer using the Internet and an Agency Based solution which can be used for both sending and receiving of funds by customers with no Internet Access.
