Botswana’s Motor Vehicle Accident Fund (MVA Fund) has taken a big leap towards greater efficiency and effectiveness by launching Cyberplex Africa’s intranet solution. The document and information management system will allow MVA Fund’s staff throughout the country to publish and manage documents and information in a central location. As the first professional, dedicated, venture capital and private equity fund manager in Botswana, the company is dedicated to making things happen for their entrepreneurs and team members. As part of their communication strategy, VPB recruited Cyberplex Africa to revamp their existing website, including overhauling the visual design by incorporating the company’s new branding direction, and improving the user interface in order to increase usability.

Many residents of Botswana are familiar with the Motor Vehicle Accident Fund (MVA Fund), a statutory organization created in 1987 to provide “automatic” 3rd party insurance cover through the payment of a fuel levy. As part of its energetic public awareness push, MVA Fund has now published a website (click to view) to serve as an additional channel for communicating with the public. Designed and developed by Cyberplex Africa, the website incorporates great visual design, best of breed technology, and features selected to enhance MVA’s management of the information published on it.

Gaborone-based African Comprehensive HIV/AIDS Partnerships (ACHAP)’s mission is to support and enhance Botswana’s response to HIV/AIDS. As in many modern organizations, much of the day to day work of ACHAP staff involves generating and sharing information. Using the Intranet solution that Cyberplex Africa has recently delivered, ACHAP has already started to streamline the management, distribution, and availability of thousands of documents and other bits of information within the organization.
